The Castle Control Board and its partners received a "Universal Accessibility in Tourism"Training by the Department of Tourism of Republic of South Africa. The training focused on Principles on Universal design and access, Persons with Disabilities, Customer Service Excellence, Relevant Legislation, Appropriate Language Skills, Monitoring & Evaluation of Service Performance for the Castle of Good Hope
